Once a conversation is initiated, the chatbot autonomously curates and presents the top three to five offers that best suit the customer's preferences via the Peakwork Hub. It efficiently manages up to 80% of inquiries independently, operating under a representative's name. For more complex queries, Honeebot prepares a selection, allowing back-office consultants to quickly finalize recommendations. This streamlined process has been shown to increase conversion rates by 10-15%.
