Marvel has introduced an innovative way for fans to dive deeper into the Marvel Universe with the launch of its first-ever chatbot. This exciting feature, which coincides with the release of Marvel Comics' SECRET EMPIRE, allows enthusiasts to engage in conversations with some of their favorite Marvel Super Heroes. Available on platforms like Facebook Messenger and Twitter DM, this chatbot experience is powered by Conversable, offering fans a fresh and interactive method to connect with Marvel's iconic characters during the SECRET EMPIRE storyline.
Initially, the Marvel chatbot will enhance the SECRET EMPIRE event by enabling fans to interact with the legendary Spider-Man. In addition to these conversations, users can participate in engaging quizzes and puzzles, access exclusive sneak peeks, and find nearby comic book stores.

Developed in partnership with Conversable Inc., the chatbot leverages natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to create a unique experience crafted by Eisner Award-winning author, Jim McCann.
